Katherine Holloway is the founder of Rivet Consultants. Rivet helps organizations advance women in the workplace, so they can realize the improved financial results associated with diverse leadership teams.

​

Prior to founding Rivet Consultants, Katherine served as a Principal at rogenSi, a training firm that supported leaders in effective communication, leadership, sales and mindset. At rogenSi, she worked extensively with asset management and investment banking clients. Katherine also designed and delivered many women's leadership programs across industry groups. She began her career in finance at Merrill Lynch, Fidelity Investments and Deutsche Bank.

Katherine earned her BSBA in accounting from Georgetown University. Katherine and her husband, Mark, met at Georgetown and "bleed Hoya blue." The couple resides in Washington, DC with their two young children.
